Hi all !!
I am planning for MBA after two years in 2021. I am targeting for Rotman Canada . I just want to know how I can improve my profile in these two years to maximum extent. By profession I am a chemistry faculty , I have a youtube channel for chemistry . I am thinking of starting my own institute. What else I can do to improve my profile .
Your valuable advices mean a lot to me. Please do share your views.

You have 2 years to improve your profile and this time is crucial for you to make wise decisions. Most of the B-schools require at least 2 years of professional experience, achievements in professional and personal life, social cause/extra curricular, GMAT/GRE score, letters of recommendations. The admit chances depend upon your overall profile strength and not only on one of the above factors. I would suggest you to start working on leadership and team working activities, prepare for GMAT (at least 700). Research about the schools you are interested in. Join their webinars and fairs. Engage with their community by talking / meeting with current students/ alumni. Introspect yourself - why you need MBA? why Rotman? What you can bring to the class? , etc, etc. Align your goals with strengths of the school. Always keep few options more as safe schools. Start working. All the best.
