While trying to book a slot for GMAT, I was getting the same error as everyone else, right after submitting the payment details. I tried with both debit and credit cards, and both have international transactions enabled. I had used the same cards for purchasing the official mocks. Not sure what the issue is. I am not sure what I am missing or why the transaction isn't processing forward.

I tried multiple times yesterday as well, with multiple cards, to book my slot for the exam. I have also tried booking on a call with the help of the customer care team, still, all transactions have declined.

I raised this grievance to all gmac/mba.com/Pearson Vue support email ids, but havent got any response from them in the last 72 hours.

Despite multiple follow ups and attempts to book the exam, the response from the GMAC/Pearson Vue team has been extremely poor and frustrating. A minor technical glitch is taking so long to resolve, clearly showing the incapabilities of a prestigious global institution. Excuse the agony, but this kind of support/response is intolerable.

My personal recommendation would be to claim for a charge back or raise dispute with bank
I got my 2/3 payments back in a similar way

bb By process, I meant to ask how the payment is made in case of booking through call.
If for payment, is card details have to be shared on call or they provide a link to payment gateway?

By the way, thanks for sharing the example of aggressive stance :)

Really sorry to hear about that, is the issue resolved? Is the online booking portal working fine now?

I tried booking by phone yesterday. The whole process took ~20 mins. At the end of the call, I was told I'd be receiving an email confirmation of the appointment. But It's been roughly ~30 hours since that call, I haven't received the mail. Has anyone experienced the same?

Should i try re-booking over the call?

Please help a brother out.

Hi kartikfanin,

You must have already checked your spam folder. If the email is not there either and your card shows the charge from Pearson VUE, call the customer service people up again and ask them to confirm that your appointment has been scheduled. You don't need a copy of the email to take the test (just valid ID), so you should be fine even without the email.

Is the booking through webpage functional or the payments are still failing??

The error means that your transaction was not successfully completed. While you may still see a pending/hold in your bank account/statement - those charges have been reversed.



PLEASE follow the following steps:

Log into your mba.com account, go to the My Account page and confirm whether your purchase was completed
If it was not completed, please submit the transaction again
