I tried booking by phone yesterday. The whole process took ~20 mins. At the end of the call, I was told I'd be receiving an email confirmation of the appointment. But It's been roughly ~30 hours since that call, I haven't received the mail. Has anyone experienced the same?

Should i try re-booking over the call?

Please help a brother out.

Hi kartikfanin,

You must have already checked your spam folder. If the email is not there either and your card shows the charge from Pearson VUE, call the customer service people up again and ask them to confirm that your appointment has been scheduled. You don't need a copy of the email to take the test (just valid ID), so you should be fine even without the email.
