Background: Indian, Male, 26 years old
Education: (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Varanasi(BHU), India
CGPA: 8.65/10(4.0 / 4.0)
12th: 87.8%
10th: 93.6%
GMAT Score: 710 (Q50/V34)
Domain: Analytics consulting and Forecasting
Position: Senior Analyst
Experience: 3 years till now
Job description:
I am working with Aspect Ratio for the last three years. I joined as an analyst and my current designation is Senior Analyst. Aspect Ratio is an analytics consulting firm which is the only Global Center of Excellence for Analytics and Forecasting for Merck Pharmaceutical or MSD
Professional Achievements:
1. Award of Excellence for three different projects
2. Have Successful Completed two projects with an award of appreciation as a group leader
3. Involved in Community Service for more than five years
Extracurricular:
1. Won Civil/Structural Engineering Students’ National Award Competition; awarded by Institute for Steel Development and Growth 2013 – 14
2. Authored 2 research papers and co-authored 2 research papers in publications such as WASET & I-Manager’s journal on structural engineering
3. Won 15+ medals and prizes in various sports such as Table Tennis, Cricket, and Badminton at various inter-college and intra-college sports tournaments.

Thanks for your post; your experience and expertise in analytics is current and will be appreciated in an MBA class. That said, your profile thus far does sound like it has a lot in common with a lot of similar Indian male applicants with analytical, quant, and engineering backgrounds and 680 GMAT (which is on the low side for that cohort) with approx 3 years of experience... I think HEC may be difficult, and potentially NUS as well. You could try for Rotterdam and Rotman and similar schools.. maybe look into Schulich in Canada; Bocconi in Europe; not sure if Australia is if interest; Melbourne Business School. Keep us posted if you have follow up questions or feel free to sign up for a free consultation at any point to discuss in more detail!

Hi Jen,
Thank you for your reply. I gave the GMAT again and scored 710 (Q50 and V34). Can you please suggest some colleges for which I can apply to. My post-career goals are analytics consulting or strategic consulting. I am also up for a consultation too
