Hey shivamsethi387,
I would say you have a pretty interesting profile. Your background in hotel management is a differentiator because primarily an engineering and business graduates apply so that can help you to add a different dimension which the B-schools would appreciate.
Coming up to your work experience, you have just one internship which is something you should build upon. Try to get more internship experience may be in the Hospitality sector or Management sector that would really help you to add value to your profile and professional exposure.
Aim to highlight projects and make sure you include the skills you developed during that time and how you realized your passion for business during the period.
Extracurriculars look fair, the school experiences would not really add value, until you can show that you created some positive impact via it, on yourself or on your surroundings.
Hence, show your quantifiable achievements in the extracurricular (E.g.: The work you’ve done with NGOs, The teams you have led during organizing the feasts), if properly explained it will be a good add-on point for your application.
Additionally, on the GMAT side aim for a 700 plus that would be very helpful to showcase your quantitative abilities.
Now, schools such as HEC would be difficult unless you showcase how you are a wonderful fit for their program. LBS however prefers international experience so that can be an option. Further, for MiM you could also look at schools like LSE, ESSEC, ESCP, INSEAD, and Imperial as options.
If you’re planning to apply for the 2021 intake, aim for R1 or R2 so that you have the time advantage. Your essays will play an integral role in establishing this, as well as highlighting the value you will be adding to your target school.

Your profile looks decent. As you have moved to the UK, you’d be considered a British citizen. The international experience can help to strengthen your profile especially in the case of any international work experience.
A GMAT anywhere above 720 is considered a good score so if you score 750+ that’d be excellent and can act as the bedrock for your MIM applications. Schools are really looking out for profiles with strong quantitative skills.
Yes a low CGPA is a hindrance but it can be compensated by a high GMAT score, a well-written reason for why your CGPA was low (maybe school grading is tough/ you were involved in other things) or the cohort you were studying was difficult.
Though, LBS is a bit flexible on the grading system so the low GPA can be rectified and can be accounted for in the application.
Now coming to the work experience, you have experience of working with big companies so you can talk about the projects you have undertaken and how they made you realize your current goals.
Your internships are your biggest strong points. Similarly, how you have led and trained students in your student-consultancy can be an interesting part of your application to highlight.
The LBS community is more interested in leadership and creating impact and in that regard, if properly explained it will be a good differentiating point for your application.
LBS is definitely a dream school, so I would suggest hedging your bets by applying to other schools as well, such as INSEAD, HEC, ESSEC, UCB and so on.
All of these schools can help you achieve your consulting goals if you make sure to apply in the top 5 of the particular country of your choice.
As a final word, I would say that you have a good profile with good schools and experiences. So if you highlight your work experience and leadership experiences you can easily compensate for your low GPA. Strong essays and an early application should help you get into your targeted school.
