Raising a 650 to a 700+ by December 2nd is certainly an achievable goal. Before we talk about how best to do that though, I'd like to know a bit more about how you took your CATs:
1) How did you score on each CAT (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each)?
2) Did you take the ENTIRE CAT each time (including the Essay and IR sections)?
3) Did you take them at home?
4) Did you take them at the same time of day as your Official GMAT?
5) Did you ever do ANYTHING during your CATs that you couldn't do on Test Day (pause the CAT, skip sections, take longer breaks, etc.)?
6) Did you ever take a CAT more than once? Had you seen any of the questions BEFORE?

MGMAT 640 Q46 V 32
Economist 630 Q49 V 29
Kaplan 650 Q47 V29

i gave 4 CAT , 2 with all 4 sections and 2 with only Q/V
3) Did you take them at home?
Yes , at home
4) Did you take them at the same time of day as your Official GMAT?
No , i want to book morning 9AM slot , i gave exam after 10PM
5) Did you ever do ANYTHING during your CATs that you couldn't do on Test Day (pause the CAT, skip sections, take longer breaks, etc.)?
Full section with no break for kaplan & Economist. i took 2 breaks for my
MGMAT prep1 (due to internet issues )
6) Did you ever take a CAT more than once? Had you seen any of the questions BEFORE?
No , i haven't take a CAT more than once . but i guess i got some questions while preparing from GMATCLUB .
