Hi all,
First of all, a big thanks to all gmatclub members.
I started on this forum 2 months back from scratch & i've made good progress on my GMAT prep.
Quick info about my prep :
1. Started my GMAT prep in mid of May'19 & I'm set to take the GMAT on Aug-17.
2. Currently following Manhattan study material (10 set guide) - roughly finished 70% of Quant books & SC of the verbal.
3. GMAT mock -1 (without preparation in May) : Score : 540 (Q41-V23) - Veritas prep free test
GMAT mock -2 (Taken 2 days before) : Score : 550 (Q41-V23) - Kaplan free test
4. Aiming to score 700+ - dream school is ISB (hyderabad)
I know my scores are awful, but between work hours, i've hardly put in 1-2 hours a day. no surprise on the scores received.
I request advice on the below points:
1. How do i go forward? Do i spend more time on learning more fundas or take 2 tests every week & learn from my weak areas?
2. With only a month left for the official test, is it time i went ahead and purchased CATs for test preparation? (I'm yet to use the 2 free CATs from GMAC)
I am considering
Experts Global's 15 CATs pack since it is the most VFM.
How effective will it be or should I go for standardised tests like Kaplan's/
MGMAT/Veritas?
I am pretty confident, i can improve on my current score.
Still I dont think now is the time to buy any online course to improve my score since time is a constraint.
So any tips you can help me out with and how to go about the preparation from here on, I really appreciate it!
