Hey guys, I want to ask if I can negotiate about my scholarship with the admissions officers for OLIN. I so want to go to US and just got a meagre amount. Can I tell them that I would increase my GMAT score before coming or anything like that. I would love to have your inputs !!

I asked the same question, plus to adding a small essay with the hope of increasing my profile, but Ashley said the scholarship for me will not be changed. She did not answer specifically to my question about a GMAT retake. I think she will not say anything about such uncertain thing. So if you (and me) believe in ourselves and really want to join Olin with a better scholarship, we should retake the GMAT, get a higher score, and ask the adcom later.

I think retaking first and then negotiate will be a better option. Also, if you have other offers with higher scholarships amount, it would be easier to negotiate as well. Good luck.

It has been really quiet from Olin after submitting my deposits. Like there is literally no news and I am still waiting for the new living cost to work on my DCOF. Hopefully things will go smoothly!
