You might consider Ross online MBA they have something called a QRC quantitative readiness course which is free and if you get over an 80% then it is a waiver for the GMAT. Takes a bit of time to complete not more than two weeks and excellent preparation for MBA. My client got an 96% on it and he got an interview which he did today. It’s a good global brand with a lot of curriculum that is health related. Alternatively you might consider executive MBA programs that meet once per month, Kellogg in Miami, Ross, NYU in DC, Duke. The first three do not require GMAT but it’s important to be able to show numeracy somehow, Duke offers waivers pretty readily if you have a quant oriented job.
