Adding up your work experience, MS Degree, I'd think you are about 26-27 and if so, that's not too late to join a full time program.
Many students opt for a full time MBA to make a career move to Product management - the good thing is that several MBA programs have specializations for people wanting to get into product management. You should have access to these even as a part-time student, but there is more to an MBA than just classroom learning.

Eventually its a decision you will best be able to make give the cost of program/ your commitment to a full time course et al, but I feel you will be able to fully exploit an MBA and all the networking and experiential learning opportunities it brings with it, if you are in a full time program.
