Hi - good question! For the personal statement, I'd focus on your career path to date, why you want to get an MBA at this point, what your short-and long-term goals are, and what drives them (in particular, how your professional experiences have shaped them), and what interests you in the program.
mbaMission has a great free Personal Statement Guide found here:
https://www.mbamission.com/docs/mbamission_personal_statement_guide.pdfRegarding length - it's tough to say if they don't specify, but I'd say 500 - 750 words is a good range.
Hope that helps!

Dear
mbaMission Consultants,
I am applying to the couple of 60-70 ranking schools, and as part of the application they require to present a personal statement - unlike other schools, they don't specify the questions, and for me, as an international student this is a big issue - I am not used to writing any sort of open question essays and not familiar with this concept. Sorry if this question was already raised in the gmatclub but I couldn't find such topic on this website or elsewhere...
I have a short-term, long-term goals, professional accomplishments and optional - low GMAT score essays I used for other schools. Would it be right to combine goals and achievement's essay, or should I be answering other questions in the Personal statement? Also, they don't limit the number of words or characters. How long should be my Personal statement?
Thank you in advance and have a wonderful Christmas holidays!
Best regards,
Alex
