Hi again! Certainly - to clarify, INSEAD is highly selective and has an average GMAT score of about 710. While your score is not out of range for the program, when GMAT scores are 30+ points below the program's average, it puts more 'pressure' on other parts of your application to be above average for the applicant pool. While you definitely have very solid work experience and good academics, I think it would only help to try the GMAT again, especially as your quant score in practice was a few points higher.

I hope that helps! Let me know of any other questions. :)

Thank you for your reply.
Could you please elaborate reg Insead. Are my chances so low due to low GMAT? Would it help a lot if I retake? My usual quant score during the preparation was 47-49.

Hi - thanks for writing! It sounds like you have some strong work experience that's highly transferrable to your goals. While INSEAD is likely a reach school, it's not out of range for you, and I think that the other schools are within your target range. In your essays, be sure to talk about your passion for the beauty industry and product development since those are points of continuity in your career.

Hope that helps! :)
