couple questions:
if "frenk" a different guy than "fred"?
Does the second agent mean:
"Either (Mike is muderer OR fred was not drunk) AND murder happened after midnight".
or does he say:
"Either (mike is murderer) OR (fred was not drunk AND murder happened after midnight).
couple questions: if "frenk" a different guy than "fred"? Does the second agent mean: "Either (Mike is muderer OR fred was not drunk) AND murder happened after midnight". or does he say: "Either (mike is murderer) OR (fred was not drunk AND murder happened after midnight). Both imply different things....

1. definitely, 'frenk' means 'fred'.. misprint.. 2. quiz did not mention any brackets but tone of quiz sounded like either (mike is murderer or fred was not drunk) and murder happened after midnight.
Got confused while drawing the venn diagram.
How to represent AND condition in the following statement.
"Either (mike is murderer) OR NOT (Fred drunk) AND (murder happened after mid night)"
Could the experts help us out!
