statement 1= Insufficient as y can be 40 which will give x as 80 or 45 which will give x as 90. We can put any value.
Statement 2= Insufficient. Can get infinite values because of it.
Combining
2y+y+2y/3=180
=>y=27
=>x=54.
=>Not a right angled triangle.
Ans.C

(1) x, y, z can take 90,45,45 or 100, 50, 30..not sufficient
(2) x, y, z can take 105,45,30 or 90, 54, 36..not sufficient
on combining x=2y=3z which can only take 90, 60, 30 as values of x,y,z
