Yeah...but you do have the option to buy additional official mock tests. They are always worth the investment.

Hi Aarya20,

To start, since you have not taken any CATs/mocks yet, there's no way to know whether 1 month of additional study will give you enough time to have a reasonable shot at hitting your Score Goal. As such, I strongly recommend that you take one of the Official GMAC CATs sometime soon - and make sure to take it in a realistic fashion that matches-up with what you will face when you take the Official GMAT (take the FULL CAT - with the Essay and IR sections, at the same time of day as when you'll take the Official GMAT, if you will be at a Test Facility, then wear a face mask, etc.). Once you have that Score, you should PM me and we can discuss the results and how you might best proceed with your studies.

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on your timeline and your goals:

1) Over the last 3 months, how many hours have you typically studied each week?
2) Do you have your Official Test Date scheduled yet? Are you planning to take the At-home GMAT or are you planning to take your GMAT at a Test Facility?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

EMPOWERgmatRichC, thank you for replying. Answering your questions;

1. More than 15 hours, although wasn't consistent.
2. My official date is 20th July also, it's at the Center.
3 Planning to apply to MIM programs next years, targeting INSEAD, HEC, LBS, and ESSEC.

Thank you for replying! I still feel that I'm not known to all the required strategies to each type of question, I'm still discovering them on the go as I practice, would taking the 1st free "official" mock right now be convenient? That would leave me with only 1 more "official" mock test. Taking one from Magoosh would work? Will that compensate for the "official" mock? So I could save the official one for later in this month, does that make sense?

I actually recommend taking all 6 official GMAC practice exams.

Aarya20 Hi. You mentioned that you planned to take a mock on 19th June. Did you end up taking it?

If yes, do share the following and may be I can help you create an action plan.

1. Your overall score with Quant and Verbal splits
2. Accuracy in SC, CR and RC
3. Quarterwise accuracy in Verbal and Quant

Hello GMATWhizTeam here it is,

Quant 24
Verbal 13
Score 330
Q Solved 22/31
V Solved 28/36
Correct Q 12 Out of 22
Correct PS 6 Out of 10
Correct DS 6 Out of 12
Correct V 13 Out of 28
Correct CR 2 Out of 9
Correct RC 3 Out of 10
Correct SC 5 Out of 9

Please note that this attempt came with no Verbal practice, inconsistent Quant practice, no strategies and techniques used, no timing practice, and also after coming back from a long inconsistent break of revising material (I completed studying the lessons from Magoosh few months back).

Dear Aarya20,
I noticed some correlation with my preparation and, thus, result :-) That is why I would suggest to try TTP course because its well organized study plan and unique approach already has helped me to ameliorate my Quant score form 35 to 44.
I have not completed the Verbal part yet, but what do I say is that its curriculum, not only covers all general materials but also provides step by step guide to hone the acquired knowledge. Moreover, I have found some answers to SC questions that were not disclosed in the Manhattan guide such as inner and outer list, delayed subject, etc.
