It would be interesting to know, who developed the software for the CD ?

Was it an American company OR was it an Asian company ?

What do you guys think ?????

That sounds like great!!!!
But, I still doubt that it is free every month, isn't it?
I don't think that there is any company to publish GMAT model test not to make money, but offer free download for anyone.............
Anyway, I don't think so...............

Alright people, seriously, you all need to get a grip. PR isn't firing their employees, and there are no mass layoffs or anything of the sort (a friend of mine works there, and it's business as usual - everything is fine).

Cartman is right - and virtually ALL software released today has bugs. Sometimes there are certain elements to a software that are incompatible with your computer set-up (and vice versa). If you're running into really screwy stuff, trust me, something either went wrong with that particular CD or you're not set up right. If all of the 2004 CDs on the market from PR were like that, they would have yanked it off the shelves. It's very easy for a single CD to get messed up and make the software do inexplicable things, while the next CD works just fine. Same thing with a bottle of wine - one's fine, the next one's corked (i.e., rotten cork and it's soured the wine). One sweater is perfectly stitched, the next one has a pull. It's only a big deal if you let it become one.

Stop wasting time and negative energy complaining about it to people who can't do anything to help you fix the problem. Call technical support, let them help you figure out what is wrong and if they can't fix it, ask for a replacement CD (just be sure to completely uninstall the first one before installing the new one - and don't delete it, uninstall it!).

Sheesh.

Just as an FYI to all those studying. I would only do the PR CD if you have plenty time on your hands since the program (not the CD) has some issues.

1. I got the same RC passages on two exams
2. My scores always ended up XX3 (e.g. 793, 523, etc.). All GMAT scores are supposed to be multiples of ten
3. It would skip a AWA section periodically.
4. The font they used was difficult to read particularly in the PS, DS.

I took three full-length exams with this CD so my observations are not based from a single instance.

FYI I used this CD on two machines, Win 2000 Pro and the other Win XP Pro. Both are US-English.
