Hi,
I wanted to ask you guys if private tutoring is worth it? I was thinking of getting a tutor, since I already am familiar with the GMAT, I got a score of 600 (Q47, V26), so i thought maybe it would be easier instead of joining a course, to get private tutoring, and just get it over with so I can improve my verbal, and slightly my quant. Any thoughts? or better solutions?

Private tutoring is a great way to personalize your learning and have customized lessons. But in most cases, I recommend tutoring as a supplement, not a replacement, to classes. Classes are, as a rule, more cost effective, and at Kaplan we try to ensure that even classes with a dozen students are personalized to the level of the class.
Part of the decision depends on your goals, though. What are your goals? If you're only looking for an increase of a few points, or if you're looking for an increase in a limited amount of time, tutoring might be right for you. Tutors offer lots of flexibility--they're better for short crash courses and for intensive, short-term high-effort rushes to test day.
Whatever you choose, good luck with your test!

I'm personally someone who doesn't think he would benefit from private tutoring, but if you think you would, I'd say go for it.
