Undergraduate Degree: B.A.Sc. Chemical Engineering (5-year Cooperative Program)
Undergraduate School Ranking: #1 engineering school in Canada and #47 in the world
Undergraduate GPA: 78% (85% in final year)
Member of the varsity men's rugby team

WORK
Years of professional experience: 5
Sector: Natural resources (Oil & Gas/Metals/Water)
Function: Operations (4 years; three rotations through one firm) and Engineering Consulting (1 year)

OTHER
Nationality: Canadian
Age: 27
International Experience: Third year of undergrad abroad at technical university in Germany
Volunteer experience: 8 months of building low-income housing; coached a rural rugby team

I am trying to determine schools that are realistic to target. I don't want to waste my referees' time on a wishlist of MBA schools. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey there Joel,
I’d love to help you out but without more info it’s gonna be hard. Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

I think in general your application list should fall in the 20-50 range. But If you provide me more detail, it will help.
