Could someone pls evaluate my profile and provide some feedback?
Nationality: Taiwan
About: 26yrs, Asian gay male
Undergrad in Taiwan:
GPA 3.6 out of 4; B.A. in Linguistics with minor in biz and administration; a top 100 university in Asia.
Grad school in UK:
63.72 out of 100; MSc in Management (with a concentration in strategic mngt); top 100 business school worldwide.
(Note that in the UK, passing score is 50 out of 100)
one of the best alumni (there's a link on the university's official website with my info)
Work Exp:
4 years at matriculation in 2018 summer (hopefully)
3 years in a British bank in Taiwan (1.5 yrs as a mngt trainee and 1.5 yrs as a project manager, both in IT & Operations function)
2 consulting internship experiences in the UK
1 HR internship experience in China
Extracularricum:
actively engaged in and took multiple roles throughout college, grad school, and post grad school.
Professional development:
2 PMI certifications for my project management role
other certifications from before
Coursera certifications (online learning stuff)
Seeking a consulting position in top tier consulting firm in the US post MBA. (no green card, in need of H1B sponsored by employer)
Haven't written GMAT, but the highest score I got from mock-up exam was 570.. I'm very worried about my GMAT...

Also, will Carlson be my safe choice?

Hi there, and thanks for writing! It sounds like you have some good academics and work experience. For the schools you're targeting, a 700+ GMAT will be essential, especially since some top consulting firms have been known to ask for GMAT scores (not always the case, but it's happened).
For safety schools, I'd target programs outside of the top 20, given the competitiveness of your demographic.
