Hi there, and thanks for writing! It sounds like you have some good academics and work experience. For the schools you're targeting, a 700+ GMAT will be essential, especially since some top consulting firms have been known to ask for GMAT scores (not always the case, but it's happened).
For safety schools, I'd target programs outside of the top 20, given the competitiveness of your demographic.
