Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. You're coming from a non-traditional background, which can be a good thing in that it allows you to differentiate yourself, but it can be a challenge as well since the adcom wants to see the demonstrated business skills you've used as well as the quantifiable business impact you've driven. Was your company profitable? How sizable was revenue? Do you have any accomplishments under your belt in your current role (e.g. driving increases in revenue or decreases in costs, leading marketing campaigns, etc)? Ideally you want to be able to point to leadership experience as well. Did you manage a team at your company or was it just you? Do you lead a team now?
I was also not 100% sure how many years of total experience you have. The adcom generally likes to see candidates with 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation. Were these shorter stints work you were doing while working full time somewhere else or were you jumping around a bit? Short stints can be tricky since you typically don't have time to show any impact & since it can make the adcom question your commitment if you were jumping from one to the next.
In addition to some potential challenges with your work experience (depending on the extent to which you can show that you've used business skills & driven business impact), your GPA is also a bit on the low end. That's not the end of the world, and you can use the GMAT to compensate for it, but it's one factor to keep in mind.
In terms of the GMAT, a 700-720 is a solid score & will help convince them that you're up for the rigors of b-school. Given your non-traditional background & assuming that score, I'd aim for schools in the 20-30 range (we use US News & World report).
