You have fairly solid academics (the GMAT and grad GPA should help offset your undergrad GPA, though you'll still want to use the Optional Essay to explain the undergrad GPA) and good extracurricular involvement. I'd also like to learn more about your work experience, though - have you experienced progression in roles/responsibility during your time at the law firm, and are you expecting strong recommendations? If so, I think that Tuck, Darden, and LBS are good target schools, with Kellogg and Wharton being more of a reach (but still make sense to apply to).
