Hello Jai, and thanks for your post.
The application process is truly holistic, and committees will look at your stats (GPA and GMAT), work experience, and extracurriculars.
Your work experience looks strong, and it is nice to see that you are directly managing 42 people. In general you seem to have strong accomplishments.
I don’t see any extracurriculars aside from tennis and chess, so if you have worked in any organizations where you have impacted others, be sure to mention that.
And as far as your GMAT, for a competitive school like INSEAD, your GMAT is a bit below the average of your demographic. If you haven’t already, I suggest taking it up to 3-4 times. You have nothing to lose since schools will only look at your highest score. And even a slight increase can boost your profile.
You do have a chance at INSEAD, but it is extremely competitive; the school simply does not have the room to admit all the world's qualified applicants. But do your best to emphasize your leadership and impact at work, and it will also be important to explain why you want your MBA, and to also illustrate the skills you already have which are transferable to your post-MBA goal. Be sure your story makes sense, and is realistic and specific.
Good luck!
