I am looking for a profile evaluation and suggestions on schools I should apply.
Indian, Female
Gmat : 740 - Q -51, V-39
Undergrad - NTU, Singapore - Computer Engineering with a Minor in Business - 4.0 out of 5 GPA.
'O' level equivalent from India, La Martiniere Girls' College - 91%, 'A' level - 96% - Top 3 in school.
Work Experience - Citibank, Singapore for 3 years as a Management Associate - Organized cross-cultural bowling events and festivals for team - bonding.
1.5 year in Family business of soap manufacturing and washing powder. Handing the demand and supply and managing the logistics
I have run marathons for charity in Singapore; help a cancer society in India among others
What schools should I apply to for 2nd Round?
I wish to get into Kellogg, NYU, Columbia, INSEAD. What are my chances and what schools should I aim?

So I see some really good stuff here - female candidate in banking! with an awesome GMAT! and great GPA! from a very good school!
So far so good. The one big weakness I see is in volunteer work/ ECs.. as I dont see much.
But the big question mark for me is: work: what do you do? how fast have you advanced? what leadership experience have you had? what about your family business? how big is that? what did you actually do?
In sum: you are for sure at least good to go for Top 20 schools, but the question is: Top 15? top 10? top 5?
