Hi,
Thank you for reviewing.
My role in Citibank was in the Technology and Operations department hence I feel a bit disadvantaged compared to my peers applying to those schools who are from finance background. But since my major was Computer engineering I decided to go into tech. A few years, 3 years, down the line I realized I wanted to handle a bigger business. My family business has over 300 employees. Its a manufacturing firm which manufactures soap and washing powder and I have been handling the supply chain and the logistics part but have understood a lot about the other functions. I have shown initiatives in some areas and expanded the business and digitized it using my tech skills.
Also my GPA is 4 out of 5. So I am not sure if it is according to the average of US standards. I am a Second Upper Honors though!
I have had leadership roles in NTU - Business Manager of the Hall, Secretary for Indian Social Society and other clubs.
Even at Citibank I was promoted to Assistant Manager and mentored 2 new grads, was part of the basketball club and published a newsletter for my team every month.
Volunteer work has been an integral part of me since school, at university - I was part of Red Cross and blood donation drives. In Citibank, I took part in YMCA events and donated a part of my monthly salary to charity. In India now I am helping a cancer society by providing medicines and spending time with the kids.
I wish to make it to the top 10 hopefully. Any suggestions, any line of action that I should take?
Thats a gist of my profile. Hope it helps

Thanks a lot!
