Hi,
Could you please review my profile for ISB Class of 2019:
1) Age : 26 years
2) Academics
a) GMAT Score - 740, IR-5, AWA-5
b) 10th - 92%
c) 12th - 88.4%
d) Graduation - 8.45/10 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani
3) Work Experience/Post College Life
i) 2 months Summer Internship with Bosch Packaging Technology, Goa
ii) 6 months Internship with Nvidia Graphics, Pune
iii) 1.5 years as an Applications Engineer in a Multinational Semiconductor Company in Bangalore.
iv) Jan 2015 to October 2016 (1 year 10 months) - Break from job to prepare for Civil Services Examination. Did not crack UPSC, but got selected in SSC CGL.
v) October 2016 - present (11 months): After selection in SSC CGL, joined Ministry of External Affairs as an Assistant Section Officer(ASO) in October 2016.
4) Extracurricular :
Participation in 3 College Techfests in BITS Pilani and IIT Kanpur. Nothing much apart from this.
5) No significant Leadership experience.
Request you to give your suggestions for covering up weakness in profile and my chances of getting an admit with the current profile.

Good to hear from you!
So on the positive side, you have a very very nice GMAT score. And very good grades from a recognized institution.
On the negative side, you have quite little experience (2.5 working years) for an Indian applicant, with a change in the middle that might work in your favor, but for the AdCom you might have been working at your job for a bit little.
The question I would have is what do you do and what have you done?
It's definitely more impressive to have a job at the Ministry of Foreign affairs than coding, but it also depends what you have done and what you are doing!
Also, it will depend on other things such as volunteer work EC activities and so on.
Finally, something that will influence your application would be your goals: what are they?
