Hey there,
In order to do a more holistic evaluation of your profile, there are additional data points we need:
1) your GMAT score - given the schools on your list, you should aim for 710+ (Kellogg 730)
2) your undergrad ranking in your home country
3) Company you currently work at
4) Your choice of recommenders and strength of their letters
5) Quality of your essays
However, I will say that your demographic is among one of the most competitive business applicant pools (Indian male in IT) and you're going after career paths that are extremely popular with b-school applicants (finance and consulting). Kellogg is the most competitive on the list, followed by Yale and Tuck (even though their rankings are lower than Kellogg's, their class sizes are smaller so they accept fewer students), followed by INSEAD (its ranking has increased over the years so has its competitiveness for getting in), then ISB. Given that you're in a competitive pool applying to competitive schools with goals that a lot of people will be pursuing as well, it's absolutely CRITICAL for you to differentiate yourself through your essays.
Without the points 1-3 mentioned above and knowing your choice of recommenders, it's quite tough to assess your chances at these schools. Feel free to schedule a free consultation with us with those information ready, and we're more than happy to do an in-depth analysis of your profile:
