Thank you so much for answering all my questions in detail! This will definitely help me help you!

So first of all, although your profile is strong, I think H/S/W would be stretches for you. There's no major weakness, but you have little work experience, weak volunteer work, a lower than average GMAT, and spent a lot of time in your UG.

Right now, with all these weaknesses my advice would be if you believe you can get a higher GMAT to hold off until next year. I would focus on three things:
1. Career advancement (basically: try to get a promotion if you can swing it)
2. Improving the GMAT by 30 points
3. Adding one big serious volunteer position, preferably with leadership.


That, plus getting one more year of experience will help you a lot, plus you will be in shape to apply R1 next year which will give you an additional advantage.
