Hello and thanks for your post.
You have excellent stats - your GMAT and GPA - so that is a good start.
However, admissions committees will also look at your work experience and your extracurriculars. And the average number of years of full time work experience is 5 years, so it's important that you have several years of work experience if you want to attend a top program. You can apply with fewer years, but if you do, you'll need to explain why now is the time for an MBA, and to illustrate that you have accomplished a great deal at work, which includes examples of leadership experience. I suggest waiting a few years, in order to gain important work experience. You can also use these years to continue making a difference outside of work.
You are smart to already be thinking ahead, and to consider ways to build a strong profile.
Good luck!

Might be the main section where my whole profile lags in. I have no professional work experience as a full time employee in a company. But I do have many internships that I have done during my undergrad period ( both paid and non-paid). Plus I have even a family business (Architect and Consultancy, staff of 40 people) in Dubai which I have looked after a couple of times.
1st internship : In India's major construction company and involved in as structural and geological engineer for a $5 billion project for 4 months
2nd internship: Paid internship at a start up for 4 months
These are the major ones which i felt to share.
Family Business around 10 months of working in it both a entry level employ and also at managerial and site positions involving handling of material, work and labor on site.
Extra:-
Head of photography and video club in college. Head of design and a member of organizing team for the department.
Conducted many national level and state level fest and tech symposiums.
Volunteered and also at managerial position in 3 to 4 NGO'S involving conservation of nature, teach for India and social development workshops.
Conduct own personal workshop in the same areas as NGO's. Also take teaching classes for underprivileged during weekends and holidays.
Want to pursue MBA in consultancy, operations or HR. Location, tuition fees is not a problem for me but which universities to apply for and the chances of me getting in them are.
I hope my profile but in case any discrepancies, please let me know and I will clear them out at the earliest.
Really appreciate any thoughts and comments, thank you very much for your time!
