Hi there!
Way to go on the quant score!
Your chances at any school depend on other factors too...like your GPA / undergrad background, the quality of your work experience / progression, leadership experience, community involvement, etc.
But based on the basic info I have, I think your score is sufficient for MSU and ISB, especially MSU where your overall score is significantly above their average. Harvard is going to be really tough, I don't feel great about your chances there unless there's something stellar in the info you haven't provided. Their average GMAT is nearly 730 and they have an extremely low acceptance rate because of how many applicants they attract. MIT could be quite tough too, especially since it's a pretty small program, and again your score is below their average. But it does sound like a good fit with your goals so you could give it a shot as a reach school. Keep in mind that your verbal score is on the low end...so writing very strong essays will be important for you. Also you can take advantage of things like the optional video essay for MIT to showcase your communication skills.
Good luck!

I have total 6+ years of experience in IT Consulting and working in the logistics management domain. I am planning to pursue MBA in the same vertical : SCM or Operations. But, I am not sure whether the scores received in GMAT are sufficient to get into below colleges:
1) Michigan State university
2) MIT
3) ISB India
4) Harvard
5) Penn
I would really appreciate if you can help me out here and suggest if I should look for any other college as well or should consider retaking the exam.
Thank you very much!
