Google: Working in Sales Role for 2 years now. 1 Promotion. Multiple Awards
Internship : 8 Month with Microsoft. Worked as Program Manager working closely with a State Government. Helped develop a Smart Village in India.
Extra Curricular:
Found ways to reduce LPG consumption of UnderGrad college by 18% by suggesting to set up a BioGas Plant. This was my final year project at Undergrad.
Went for an Exchange program to a Chinese Business School at Undergrad.
At Post Grad level got award for best Experiencial Project of the year at Graduation.
Was Student representative of Alumni Election Organizing Body.
Post MBA Career Goal: Sales Lead/General Management/Program Management role at Tech Companies such as Google, FB, Microsoft, Uber etc. May be Consulting - Not sure yet.

So first of all, your foundation is very very solid, which is great:
Great school, check
Great GPA, check
Great GMAT, check
Great employers, check
What's a mystery for me though is your:
work experience
volunteer experience
and extra currculars.
I dont have enough detail, about what you do, whether you have leadership, international experience, what your achievements were, how fast you moved up, etc etc. and that stuff can tip the scales esp at H/S/W/Sloan/Booth. Because at those schools EVERYONE is strong, and you come from the toughest and biggest pool, even if all your numbers are facts are good. At INSEAD and Kellogg you are solidly competitive.
Well, that's a start!
