Thanks for sharing your profile with us. Good luck with your GMAT prep over the coming months. If you can score slightly higher than your target range, that will open up some more programs in the US. Right now, I think top 20 US programs could be tough. That's great you have the supplemental coursework and lots of certifications to demonstrate continued development.
I don't have a lot of info about the type of work you do, your accomplishments, etc. or your post-MBA desired role. But on paper, I'd encourage you to look at Executive MBA options too, as your work experience is currently (and even more so when you apply next year) more in line with the typical profile for those programs.

Hi,
I am yet to take my GMAT (planned in march 2017). May i request you to evaluate my profile?
Quick profile snapshot:
32 year old Indian Male.
Education: B.Tech (69%), EPGDBM (Honours).
Completed Diploma in photography and few other courses from coursera and shaw academy. Also around 7-8 professional certifications (tech and non tech).
Gmat target range (based on mock etc) : 680 - 700
Target schools: ISB, IIM A,B, C. Open for US and Europe as well.
Total workexp: 11.5 years (IT)
Current job role: Project manager(Cloud Solutions).
Previous Role: Team Lead ( managed a cross geographical team of 8).
Extra curricular: Entrepreneur (established and running day care and pre school), photography (finished in top 20 twice in international competition, won photography competition at office), Completed A1 level german language, Volunteered with a NGO to teach underprivileged kids at shelter homes.
