Well you achieved a very strong quant score on your GMAT so that is great. Given your pretty technical background, you will definitely need to show strong verbal / writing skills so aim for much higher on that. Once you know your final score, then you can narrow in on schools, but generally you want your score to be close / ideally above the school's median. So with a 690, you'd want to look mostly at schools outside the top 15.
Your extracurriculars sound good. I think the other thing for you to work on is narrowing in on a specific post-MBA goal. Operations / logistics and Finance are very different fields! Do some research, so you can present a very focused, specific goal that ties in well with your past experience.

XII - 85.5%,DPS faridabad
B Tech - 70%,Lingayas university
GMAT: 650 49Q 30V scored canceled till date so no AWA till date (trying to improve)
Extracurricular:
1)several event management at college level (team member ,sub heads and organizer)
2)associated with a small tutoring academy near the company(free of cost)(non profit organization)
3)associated with small wedding organizer agency near my company (
4)actively involved in csr activities of the company and received accolades
5) assist my company's CSR team to help in their CSR activities
