Hey there!
So your profile is very interesting.
I think you have something very unique int he work you have done, and having in addition Deloitte on your resume is not bad
. The question is, how can you parlay that work experience into something meaningful when applying for an MBA? How can you boost yourself? It's obvious to me that it is pretty unique and strong, but you'll definitely have to work on the story. Also, being a female candidate should help lots, and especially as an Indian female candidate.
That having been said there are a few weaknesses:
- slightly lower than average GPA
- slightly lower than average GMAT
- non IIT program
You could, if you wanted, consider retaking the GMAT again if you believe you could do better. (You can have a look here:
https://admissionado.com/mba/to-retake-o ... n=mba_blog)
Overall, I would say you have a shot at Top 10, but given the three weaknesses, I would suggest a strategy that covers Top 20, and that if you wanted to apply to a lot of Top 10 schools, I think it would be a good idea, but just apply to more schools than most people do (So if your average applicant goes for 4-5 schools, aim for 7-8)
Best,
Jon
