Hey dude,
So overall your profile is very solid.
You come form IIT with very good grades.
You have an excellent GMAT (No, dont retake)
You have a very good job and have moved within it well.
Okay, all good so far, and the basis of this profile should make you competitive at Top10 schools.
However:
- Your work experience feels a bit junior. It may be that I lack details, but keep that in mind when you apply. (And think about when is the right time for you - this year or next)
- I don't yet see your STORY - I don't get a feeling of who you are, what you want, what is unique about you, or what your dreams are "I want to become a consultant" might be realistic, but it won't spark any passions, and won't be a strong enough story likely to get you into Top5 programs. They want uniqueness, ambition, vision, dreams... So think about that as you prepare your application.
I hope this helps.
