Education:
1. 10th - 85%
2. 12th - 82%
3. B.Tech [CSE] - Private Engg College in India - 6.89/10 ( Do we have to convert to a scale of 4? if yes how?)
Work Experience:
1. Placed in an IT company from college, but didn't take it up.
2. Worked with the family business ( Catering ) for 1 year.
- Wanted to develop the business
- gave a new look to the brand by uplifting the brand
- timely planning of logistics and pitching
- Manages around 50 people for each project
3. Worked with an Event Management company for 2yrs. (Corporate Events)
- reporting to Executive Director
- Handling multiple accounts
- Responsible for client relations, quality control, Negotiations and vendor management
- Closed around 2cr deal for the company in 2 yrs
- solely responsible for all major events ( 5 lakh project to 80 lakh projects)
- Manages an average of 40 - 50 people ( including vendors) for each project
- Main projects includes International Conferences, Media awards, Inaugurations, Marketing activities, Sports Events, etc..
4. Joined back with family business (5 months)
- Pitching for projects
- planning to start a new branch.
Extra Curricular:
1. Conducted the technical fest for the college during 2015.
2. Department event coordinator in college.
3. Football champions for the 2 consecutive years in the college department.
4. Secretary of the Holy Innocents Orthodox Church while studying in college.

Hey there Achu!
Very good to hear from you.
So first of all, without a GMAT score it is very hard to evaluate you. I don't think it makes sense to ask "What GMAT score should I aim for" - the answer to that question is the same for everyone - the HIGHEST possible score you can ever get.
I think your profile can be good if you can show that your family business has potential and that you have a clear vision as a true leader. But first I would say get that GMAT in hand!
