Gender: male
Country: Spain
Age: 27
Gmat: 690(Q47,V38)
TOEFL: 106
Target Schools: Top European MBA (INSEAD, LBS, IESE, any other suggestions?)
Post MBA goal: not really clear yet. Consulting/Corporate strategy/start up/manage family business.
Work Experience:
Joined a world leading manufacturing company through its global post graduate program (one of the 38 employees selected from a pool of more than 30k candidates):
- For the last 15 months I've been an expat in France. I'm working in purchasing to achieve post merge synergie goals. so far I've saved my company 1,2 million€.
- I spent 1 year with rotations in differents areas and projects with global impact in my company. I was based in Spain and Italy.
Consumer Health Business Analyst at IQVIA (former IMS Health) 1 year in Madrid
Education:
Two bachelors at the best Uni in my country:
- Post graduate program at SDA Bocconi in Milán (customized program in association with my current employer)
- Bachelor of Laws GPA. 7.5/10
- Bachelor of Business Administration GPA 7.5/10
- Internship in Argentina (top argentine Uni) GPA 9.5/10
- I improved every year, finishing both degrees with outstading achivements in the final projets.
- I speak fluent English and French.
Extracurricular:
Elite athlete, pre-olympic (sailing), gave it up when I started uni (still hurts)
Professional skyper license
Advanced diver
Pianist

What are my chances?? Just to know, I have had a bad time with GMAT (more than 1 year preparing it). I honestly don't think that I will magically break the 720 barrier without putting at least 3 more months and I am already tired.....

Hi, and thanks for writing! Sounds like you've had some impactful work experience, and with an international component. Regarding GMAT, breaking the 700 barrier will be most important for INSEAD and LBS, but IESE, IE, and Esade would be more within reach, as would perhaps Oxford Said, Cambridge Judge, and Rotterdam.
Before applying, you will need to identify your post-MBA goals - not only WHAT they are but also, what drives them (AdComs always want to understand candidates' motivation for pursuing an MBA). This will be important for every school you're targeting. If you can do this, create a strong connection with each target program by explaining why it's a fit for you, and communicate your professional and personal accomplishments clearly on your resume, then you'll be a viable candidate for the programs I'd mentioned.
