GMAT is just one factor, but an important one. From a competitive demographic, this score will be on the lower end, especially on the quant side. If you are applying to schools where your score is above their average, then you should be fine. If not, I would consider retaking.
Your age/work experience is a bit on the older side for full time programs, so it's good you're mixing in part time programs too and programs outside the US. Speaking of, it is great you have experience working in both India and the US.
The hackathons sound really cool, and the startup (even though it failed) can still be used to show entrepreneurial traits. Definitely find a way to bring those into your resume.
Your goals seem very reasonable given your background -- make sure you've identified 3-4 target tech companies you'd want to work for (ideally ones that recruit from your target schools).
As far as schools go, I think you've got a pretty good list, though perhaps skewing slightly competitive given your GMAT. I think even the part time MBA at Haas with a GMAT <700 can be a stretch.

Extracurricular - was part of the basketball team in college. Was a member of IEEE and the robotics community. Also a member of the organizing committee for college annual fest.
Professional Experience
Working at Tavant Technologies an IT development and consulting company as an Architect. I have a total of 9 years of work experience. Started my career as a Mobile developer developing apps for iOS and Android in Bangalore. Currently, I work on backend application development and architecture at Experian which is one of our clients in Costa Mesa, USA. I have been in the USA for past 2.5 years.
I have won various hackathons over the years. I had won a hackthon coducted by Trelleborg in Bangalore in which 70 teams had participated from all over India. My team had built a IoT solution using which people could control lights with their phones. I also won a hackathon where we made a brain controlled robot. We used EEG headset through which we were able to control a small RC car. My team was selected in the finals of Techcrunch Bangalore hackathon where we developed a service which connected application testers with app developers.
Outside of work I also co-founded a startup which built an app to connect people at events. The app had over a 1000 downloads but had to later shut down because of low engagement.
Hobbies:
I like to play guitar and cover acoustic percussive guitar songs. I like to Ski and have been part of Huntington Beach Ski club and have helped in conducting few ski trips.
MBA Objective:
Continue my journey in the tech industry and become a product manager. Long term goal is to lead the product function of a technology company as the Chief Product Officer.
