Hi Vandygmat96,
Thanks for sharing your profile with us!
Your undergraduate credentials are quite impressive (especially with your GPA at a school as competitive as Vanderbilt) for sure. As a rule of thumb, you'd ideally like your GMAT score to be at or above the average for any school that you're applying to (e.g. 730 for HBS and Wharton), so if you've only taken the GMAT once and you believe you have room for improvement, it may be worth retaking it once more.
Those matters aside, your competitiveness as an applicant will hinge in large part on two things that we don't know much about: (1) your performance in your new job at a retail firm, especially compared to your peers, and (2) your post-MBA goals for both the short term (up to 5 years post-business school) and long term (10+ years after business school). Don't underestimate the importance of these -- many applicants fixate on their academic credentials, but in reality, professional experience and career goals / ambitions (as long as they make sense given your background and trajectory) are more important. Admissions committees are looking for evidence of leadership within your company and your field, so that's the single most important quality that you want to be able to demonstrate!
Hope that's helpful -- feel free to reach out to us at

Best,
