Hi,

I`m a 3rd year Business student from Zagreb looking for Msc in Finance in Europe.
GPA (3.5/4)
GMAT- to be taken, im expecting 690-700
Work experience- currently 2-months administration assistant at Central State office for Croats Abroad (helping people coming back to Croatia with their citizenship and integration to Croatian system), after that will do a month or two as a consulting intern at Apsolon in Zagreb
Volunteering- non-profit student organization Ekonomska klinika- Finance/Sponsorship member (raising money for organization and projects we do), currently involved in finance and entrepreneurship projects and launching new one this September
Awards- national finalist at entrepreneurship project "Hrvatska pamet Hrvatskoj" 2021 (final 3 out of 300ish), participated in a lot of others
Languages- Croatian (native), English (advanced), German (advanced), French (basic), Italian (basic, studying on my own)
Planning on doing summer school this summer- Bocconi (Equity and Venture Capital Financing), Frankfurt or any other school,.....i want to get international experience

My goal is VC/startup industry or PE , because i realised how hard and interesting is to get money for smth you are doing (your project, idea or simply funds to run organization)

Schools I`m attracted to- Bocconi, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, WHU, Erasmus, EDHEC, ESCP

Would love to hear your answer and advice.

I think you have a very well-rounded profile and should be a viable candidate for these programs. It's very critical that you hit that GMAT score. If you can somehow get that 700 (or higher) that will go a long way in helping your chances. You may even want to consider taking the exam twice now so you are prepared in the event you do just okay on the first try.

I might adjust your career goals. These are very competitive and popular industries. You might want to take a slightly different approach to help differentiate yourself and lend more credibility to your profile.
