Hi
Jaychoudhary, hope you are well. Sounds like you have a number of interesting things in your profile, particularly your upward trajectory at Amazon and your side interest in fashion. Very cool.
There are a few things I'd probably focus on right now:
1) Getting to know well and make connections at the schools you are interested in; apply early if you have a strong preference, assuming your application will be in good shape and your score is the best you can manage (see point 4)
2) Securing strong recommendations from recommender/s who can support you enthusiastically with details on how you've made an impact
3) Beginning work on thoughtful essays and a powerful resume; on your resume (and through your recommenders hopefully), you want to highlight leadership even without the title - you can still be influential and have an impact at an organization before you have the specific role - sounds like coaching is one place you've been able to do that, so look for more
4) If possible, improving your GMAT; you're a notch below the scores for your dream school (I don't know the breakdown too, but that will also be noted) and in a very competitive category, so if possible, I'd try a retake. Was that your first test? Crossing fingers you can boost your score further to maximize your chances!
