2018-2019 – Analyst, Product Marketing- Started off as an intern, converted the offer and joined back in the same role. Worked closely with the US market and with product managers and pricing managers to manage pricing strategy and competitiveness vs key competitors
- Completely redesigned legacy pricing models, secured buy in from leadership and scaled the new pricing models to all product lines, the organization now uses the new models across geographies and product lines

2019-2021 – Senior Analyst, APJ Sales Strategy - Got promoted in a year, moved to the APJ Sales Strategy team to drive the growth for the fastest growing customer segment (about 600 Mil USD annually) in the company
- Developed a cross-sell sales incentive program and piloted it in APJ, the program got adopted globally and a dedicated team now runs the program
- Worked on financial planning, annual target setting, productivity analysis and business performance leadership to support the business. Directly worked with the VP of the segment to support strategic initiatives and develop quarterly business review packages that are presented to the APJ President

Since I come from a super competitive pool – Indian male engineers working in the tech sector, what are my realistic chances at the programs mentioned above? Will my non-technical work ex give me an edge in the selection process? I am open to applying in early action rounds for Fuqua and Darden.
