Thanks for posting your profile. First, let me congratulate you on your strong academic track record (high GMAT, excellent GPA). It also sounds like your career trajectory is on a steep upward climb! Congrats on raising seed funding for your startup.
To address your questions -
1. Yes, I think you have a competitive profile for the schools on your list. B-schools are not only looking for brand name employers or specific colleges. What the AdCom is interested in is your role and the impact you have made at work. Further, your academic achievement in standardized testing like the GMAT and CA is clear, regardless of the college you attended.
2. As you pull your apps together, be sure to weave in personal and professional stories that can help differentiate you. If you can articulate this compellingly in your essays, that would be the key to your application success.
3. Do look into Columbia and MIT, which have strong entrepreneurial programs, and also many consulting and tech firms that recruit on campus.
4. I don't think you're too late for R1 this year (deadlines in Sept/Oct) and R2 (deadlines in January 2023). Why not apply this year?
