Hey dude,
So the short of it is that overall I think your profile is quite good (And congrats on that awesome GMAT!!!) but that with your GPA, I think you school list is just too challenging. You come from a VERY competitive applicant pool, and Top5 Top 10 schools like the ones on your list have enough applicants that they will take the Chinese applicant who has the 3.8 AND the top school. Because they can.
Which brings me to a second point about your profile (and something you can work on)... I don't yet get a sense of the UNIQUENESS of your profile. Your work seems good, but if you are going to get the most out of your profile, you should also come across as a unique prospect.
I think overall if you adjust your list to schools in the 10-20 rank as your main targets, it will be more realistic.
