My question is, why schools as "Do you want to plan to take the GMAT again?". What is their purpose of asking this question and also, how our answer impact admissions.

PS: I tried to look for the answers to this question on google as well as GMATclub forums, but didn't find anything.

Hi anshuverma88,

Since this is ultimately an Admissions question, you would likely it best to ask the Admissions Experts. There's a Forum full of them here:

http://gmatclub.com/forum/ask-admission ... tants-124/

While I can't speak for any individual Admissions Officer at any particular School, this question certainly implies that the School is interested in you (meaning you have a 'strong-enough' application not to be rejected outright). That question 'hints' that the School might find it easier to accept you if you had a higher GMAT score though.
