Really Frustrated After Studying A Lot. Urgent Need Help!

Hello everyone,

I have been struggling to improve my score to 600-650 level. I need proper guidance to built a strategy to overcome my score improvement. I mainly have problem at verbal and timing.

Let me give you some information on this regard.

Background: 25 years old, Non Native-Engineer working in a marketing field at one of the top 5 pharma company.
My strong side is Quant thanks to engineering background. But I knew that I have so long road on Verbal. I have 2-3 hours at week days and 6-8 hours at weekend.

My diagnose exam was 460 (Q40, V15) (such a shame)
I have been studying since mid-May. I started with MGMAT books for each part of exam. I finished all of them with practice questions along with OG 13 and Quant & Verbal Review. I have been keeping Error Log. CR and SC percentile around %70. Most of the questions that I solved 600 and 600-700 level. Sources Kaplan, OG, GMATPrep etc. I didnt start solving +700 questions.
Normally I can solved questions under 2 min but I cannot do the same at CATs.

My process is below.

4/6/2017 GMATClub CAT scored 630 (Q48, V28) I solved the test at study mode so I exceeded time limit 3 minutes (I had a beer before it so I was so relax before test)
18/6/2017 GMATPrep CAT-1 590 (Q48, V24). I struggled with timing since I had to guess at least 3 question at the end of the each part of the exam.
23/7/2017 MGMAT CAT-1 540 (Q37, V28)
27/8/2017 GMATPrep CAT-2 590 (Q47, V26) Again timing was problematic I rushed at questions and guess 3-4 at each part.

Objective: I aim to obtain 720-740 in two months and apply top business schools at Europe CEMS and MiM programs. (ESADE, Bocconi, Stockholm etc.)

Questions:
1. I have huge fat timing issue and I don't feel comfortable during test. How can I solve this problem? I had to guess many questions at the end of the tests or even mark choice before test ends.

2.How can I improve my verbal scores since it is still weak area of me. I believe I covered necessary part of SC.

I need bunch of advises. I am really stressed and frustrated. Which strategy, material or anything work out ?
