I think you should focus on Quant as there is still a great room for improvement there.

Thank you so much, Rohan! I think that is probably the best way forward for me at this point. Thanks again!

Hi
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on scoring a 630 with only 6 days of study. It shows that with more time you can get to a great score. It may be difficult to get to a 650 within next few days of study, but you can definitely try. I would suggest to analyze the test and study the topics in which you are weak. You can take more Gmatprep tests and analyze those tests.
All the best.

Thank you so much, Souvonik2k :) Great suggestion - I will work through more practice questions to focus on areas that need more attention.

Hi petsitter,

Although improving by 20 points in just 6 days is a pretty tall order, here are some ways to keep improving your quant and verbal skills. First off, you could take one last MBA.com practice exam. Once you complete that exam, review your wrong answers to determine some of your weak areas, and make the necessary fixes in those areas. Additionally, you may find it helpful to engage in focused practice of each quant and verbal topic. For example, let’s say that you want to practice Number Properties. You can do so by answering 50 or more questions just from Number Properties: LCM, GCF, units digit patterns, divisibility, remainders, etc. As you do such practice, do a thorough analysis of each question that you don't get right. If you get a remainder question wrong, ask yourself why. Did you make a careless mistake? Did you not properly apply the remainder formula? Was there a concept you did not understand in the question? By carefully analyzing your mistakes, you will be able to efficiently fix your weaknesses and in turn improve your GMAT quant skills. Number Properties is just one example; follow this process for all quant and verbal topics.

I wrote an article that you may find helpful that has some more advice regarding how to treat the final week leading up to your GMAT as well as some tips for test day.

Let’s me know how things end up, and please reach out with any further questions. Good luck!

Scott, thank you so much for the feedback. I will go ahead and start focusing on what areas need more help. Having worked through lots of questions now, I have a laundry list of incorrect ones which I can revisit and gain complete clarity on. I like this idea of a concerted effort. Hopefully I can gain as many points doing this as is possible in this short amount of time! Thanks again!
