Hi Rich,
I studied around 3 months, but it was more on and off than totally focusing.
What happened in the exam that I felt that I can't focus in the last hour at all. I started to had headache and I almost could not read the last CR passage. When I got the GMAT analysis I found out that I did very good in the IR "my score was 5", did good in the Quant section, and did average in the Verbal, with almost the last 10 questions wrong which destroyed my score.
I Know my weak part is the SC and the RC, specially in reading long passages fast. I sort of feeling panicking of running out of time.
I used
e-gmat mainly with checking the
MGMAT books as a reference for something offline to read.
I also thought of focusing on Verbal section first in studying instead of Quant.
Rich if you recommend that I would take a CAT which one you would recommend? I already took the 2 GMAC exams before

Hi GMAT717,
A score goal in the mid-500s is absolutely reasonable, but since you were not able to hit that goal the last time you studied, we'll need to analyze how you previously approached this whole process (so that you can avoid whatever 'mistakes' you made). To start, you SHOULD take a FULL-LENGTH CAT (with the Essay and IR sections), so that we can get a sense of your current skills, strengths and weaknesses. Once you have that score, you should report back here and we can talk through your Study Plan.
As far as your prior studies are concerned:
1) How long did you study?
2) What study materials did you used?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
