I have received a hard copy, and assume most R1 applicants should have received admit packages by now.

Looks like not many admits are from Delhi.

Hey .. Congrats to all the admitted students.

I am from Delhi and as rightly pointed out by some one dont see a lot of admits from Delhi.

About me:

GMAT - 690, 5 years of work exp in Sales and Marketing - Currently Brand Manager with an Retail chain.

Hello people,

I need advice and need it slightly urgently. Please help.

I submitted my application on the 13th for Round 2. I was under the assumption that a PDF copy of the university transcript would be enough and the school would need the sealed physical copy once an admission decision is made. However, under supplemental items, it says ‘Official University Transcript’ is a must to have with the application.

My questions:
Is the physical copy must to have?
Did everyone out here send their physical copy before the deadlines?
Can I do it now?
Would my application be still considered for Round 2 or would it get pushed to Round 3?

Appreciate all the help!

Hi mymbagoal,

Yes, the physical copy is required. I too was initially a little confused but i think the website mentions it clearly. I sent my transcripts late as well. Actually the courier got delayed because of Diwali. But i e-mailed the university and the support team ensured that it is not an issue. Once you have submitted the app, they know that you are aiming for the R2. So, just post them asap :) and yes, you can always email the support team. They are quick and extremely helpful.

Courier service - Blue Dart. They will do it in less than 4 days. Really fast and affordable.
Cost - They have a university plan which costs roughly 1100 bucks.
Yes, i did get an interview call. No i am wait-listed.

Rotman has rolling applications and ad com process apps as and when they get complete file (official transcripts, official gmat, official toefl, LORs etc).
They have lot of backlog from Dec. Stay tuned, you will get to know soon. You can also check with ad com if it's more than 3 weeks since your application was in complete status.

I believe the transcripts need to be sent directly from your undergrad institution in a sealed envelope to Rotman. In case your institution is unable to send transcripts abroad, you should get the sealed transcripts from the institution and send it across to Rotman. Hope this helps.

As hombre11 mentioned correctly, it needs to be sent by the university. In addition to that, your university may also charge some amount of fee to provide you the transcripts. Moreover, the process may take more than a day or two, so get them well in advance. Another point worth mentioning is that the transcripts and the sealed envelope are to be signed by The Registrar and should bear the University seal.

Nopes. They dont send a confirmation mail. However, you could check you app status online on the login portal. If it shows completed, its fine, i think.
