where are you getting such good questions?

i think C

All others are describing what the projects are...we probably need the
"gist" or the" title" of the project..

Now I see it!!! how dumb of me!!

C is correct

This is VStudy by the way. Which I convinced is based on real GMATs sinve I've encountered some of the same questions.

you should be glad that you learnt something new..isnt it.
