Testtaker
Recently I've received my score report and descovered that the day and month of my birth date in it is erroneously misplaced.
It really spoiled all my joy about getting the right GMAT score. I'm trying now to correct the mistake. But my attempts to do so through e-mail correspondence failed, they told me to send an official fax request and didn't promise the fixing of the problem. I still didnt receive an answer to my fax, even the acknowledgment of its receipt (but for my e-mail, I received it and was asked not to send it again). Is it a common practice of not sending the confirmation of fax receipt or they actually didn't received it? May be someone know, is the problem with wrong birthdate (just it is written for example, 05/08 instead of 08/05) really serious? Thanks everyone.
