Hi,
I took my GMAT today and scored 680 on it. Although it was my first attempt and I have improved from 580, I am a bit disappointed. I had been scoring 710-720 in my GMAT preps so not all that happy to see this score. I am applying to ISB YLP and Harvard 2+2. Knowing that this score is below the median score required for admission into these programs, I canceled my scores.
Now I see many posts on the forums saying 680 is not really a bad score and you can take a shot at these schools. Also, the R3 deadline for Harvard 2 +2 is two days from now: April 3rd. Should I submit my score in this application or fill in 0s?(Harvard's site says you can fill in 0s and take a test at a later date but do so at your own risk :/)
I am really confused now. Please, please help me out!
Hey, what was your breakup?
I think if schools are asking for taking test at a later date you should find out how much time you have in hand before they close your application.
If they say you have 2-3 weeks
and if you think you can give your exam and score better in this duration, I would suggest go ahead and do it.
Remember: One should always take risks in life to succeed.
