Hi grahamtandrew,

The general study plan that you've described is probably not going to 'work' for you in the way that you think it will. You'd likely perform better overall if you committed to a consistent Study Plan for 3 months (10-15 hours per week - or more, depending on your skills - but NOT "cramming"). As it stands, there's no harm in trying to study as you've described, since you won't be applying to Business School for several years (and you can always continue to study if you don't hit your score goal).

From now on, you should make sure to take the FULL-CAT every time (including the Essay and IR sections) - it's the only way to receive a realistic score result. There's a reality to Test Day that you have to account for - and if you're not doing so when you take your CATs, then you're just 'wasting' a CAT and likely receiving a score result that is not accurate.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

I really do appreciate that you spent time to try and help me; however, you never actually answered my question. When I said cramming, I meant like a 3 month period at the end where I ramp up my studying to more like 10 hours per week. However, in this long discussion about my studying plan my question got lost. If anybody can help me answer my question I would appreciate it.
